At The Luxe Occasion we offer professional Christmas decoration services bringing the magic of Christmas to your doorstep! From sophisticated interiors to charming exteriors, we provide a bespoke Christmas decoration styling service that captures your imagination and fits perfectly in your home.
Christmas doorscapes and front door/porch decoration is one of our most popular services. We can work with any front door or porch that you have, all of doorscapes are bespoke and made to measure. You have full artistic licence, let us know the colour/theme/style and we will do the rest! We come and install your Christmas doorscsape on your desired date, typically falling between the end of November and start of December. After Christmas we will come back and take down and carefully pack everything away for you, ready for reinstallation next year.
We specialise in bespoke Christmas wreaths at The Luxe Occasion. Our wreaths are bespoke and similarly with our garlands above, can be made a custom size to fit any front door and give a picturesque Christmas feel to the front of your property.
Balloons bring the wow factor to any event and Christmas time is no different! If you are limited on storage space at the home or workplace, then Christmas balloons are a great option. We can provide front door Christmas balloon garlands, arches, clusters - any balloon arrangement that you would like!
We provide a professional Christmas Tree decoration service for trees ranging from 4ft to 12ft. Tell us the style, colours and the decorations that you are thinking, then sit back and let The Luxe Occasion team do the rest! Our team of experts erect and dress all of our Christmas trees on site
Nothing quite says Christmas more inside the home than a roaring winter fire, with family and friends gathered together celebrating the festivities. Sitting above the open fire, a beautifully dressed mantelpiece can really help create the Christmas magic! Mantlepieces are a real focal point and our team of experts are on hand to transform them this Christmas. We specialise in creating long last designs using high quality real and faux florals and foliage to create a real statement masterpiece.
Hallway garlands are a great way of making your house look Christmassy. Similarly with Christmas trees, we create garlands for all colour schemes and styles. We use high quality faux garlands which are designed for years, and still look as good every year you take them out of the loft. Whether you want a garland full of Christmas decs and lights, or with minimal decs and foliage, we can achieve the look you desire. We can create garlands to go anywhere in the house where you have space!
Our bespoke Christmas flower arrangements have the ability to bring instant festive magic to the home. We stock an extensive range of faux foliage and florals that together with fresh flowers create a really dramatic look.
Christmas tablescapes are fast becoming a very popular centrepiece inside the home at Christmas and a really captivating way of bringing to life the Christmas table. All of our tablescapes are bespoke, meaning we can create a tablescape however big or small you would like it to be and filled with whatever you desire
First and foremost is planning - it's all in the detail and you can never spend enough time planning! Get in touch with us and tell us what your'e thinking. We can then schedule a call and if appropriate undertake a site visit to meet with you and chat through ideas. We will then provide you with a quote.
CREATION
Once you have confirmed what you would like, we will get to work straight away on bringing to life your Christmas vision! All our Christmas decoration is put together at our warehouse in Esher, Surrey. We are lucky to have a team of perfectionists, who take great care and pride in creating our Christmas decoration.
INSTALLATION
The most exciting part! We come and install the Christmas decoration on your desired date, typically falling between the end of November and start of December. We cater for Christmas decoration installations right up until the big day, so please don't panic if you're requesting last minute! After Christmas we will come back and take down and carefully pack everything away for you ready for reinstallation next year.

Luxe Occasion were a fantastic company to work with. We used them for a Spring Ball at a school and they tailored their design to our vision fantastically, creating such a beautiful space to be enjoyed. From shimmer walls to personalised neon signs, light up lettering and a gorgeous mirror to take the perfect selfie, we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. The set-up was also well timed and they were great at responding to emails too. Would recommend and use again.
